At Door Stores Online,
We like to make life simple for you. So if you order a standard product and decide you don't like it, no problem. We'll collect and replace the product with our couriers on your behalf but carriage charges will apply. Restocking charges of 30% will apply to all standard products as they do have to go back to the manufactuers. All requests for returns must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
